Continuing Education Information

Unless otherwise noted due to the content of training, or a limited number of seats,  all trainings are available for registration until 1 hour before the event.  

Registration for in-person training is open until 12 hours before the training. Locations for live trainings is posted in the training description. If you have questions or need help with directions, please contact us at rustbeltcc@yahoo.com. 

Time in/out  for attendees is recorded at all trainings  and is used to determine the number of continuing education hours reported  to the appropriate licensing board/CE broker.  

Online trainings require that your camera is on and you are available to participate for the duration of the training. 

Many trainings will offer small group activities and discussions, as well as opportunities to practice deliverable skills. Your participation  in both online and in-person trainings is key to a successful experience. 

Full Refunds are available for online trainings up until 24-hours prior to the time of the training.  If you need to cancel less than 24-hours before the event, email us at rustbeltcc@yahoo.com and we will provide a one-time use voucher for a Rustbelt Counseling and Consulting training of equal or lesser value (the voucher can also be used to discount a higher priced training with us).  Should you cancel or miss the next scheduled training, a refund/voucher will not be issued. 

In-person trainings are fully refundable until 7 days before the training is scheduled to start. After 7 days, we will provide a one-time use voucher for a Rustbelt Counseling and Consulting training of equal or lesser value (the voucher can also be used to discount a higher priced training with us).  Should you cancel or miss the next scheduled training, a refund/voucher will not be issued.  In all instances, email us to cancel/reschedule. 

If you do not attend a training and do not provide notice in the specified timelines above, your registration will not be refunded or considered for a voucher. 

Materials for training participation are emailed to the email address provided at the time of program registration. To avoid delays in receiving information, make sure that rustbeltcc@yahoo.com is added to your contact list so correspondence from us does not go to your "junk" or "spam" folders. 

All courses are posted for registration with details on board approval in the program description. Program certificates will be emailed to you within 5 business days of the training.
