In your first counseling session, you can expect to be greeted with an open mind and genuine curiosity regarding what is happening in your life. We will discuss symptoms related to your concerns, your needs, strengths, and hopes for the future. Moving forward, sessions are goal oriented, and work to address any barriers to your success.
I believe in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, where I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment. Your voice and needs are of primary importance.
Services are currently available via telehealth. I use Grow Therapy as the online platform for scheduling, billing, counseling and documenting our sessions. Sessions are available via private pay or insurance - please check with the portal to see if I am currently paneled with your insurance.
